Producers from the region put their best products on display for visitors in Plaza Untzaga: vegetables, fruit, honey, cheese and bread, to name but a few. A panel of judges is responsible for making a selection of the most outstanding pieces of produce. An exhibition of poultry and livestock from the Bajo Deba region will also be held. Parades with traditional folkloric music played in the streets by groups of locals, bertsolaris (verse singers), trikitilaris (accordion players) y txistularis (txistu/fipple flute players) liven up the fair. In addition, as part of the fair various types of events are held, amongst which the Pintxos Competition stands out.
